Stolons are shoots that bend to the ground or that grow horizontally above the ground (or slightly below it) and produce roots and shoots at the nodes.
Hydro Seeding
In hydroseeding, instead of grass seed , the stolon is mixed with fertilizer, bark mulch and certain amount of water in a tank and then is sprayed over the prepared area.

With the production of five different warm climate hybrid grass variety, Çimser Joint Stock Company is the licensed and certified roll grass producer in the widest area of the country. It is in demand widespread all over Aegean Region, in the Southern part of Marmara region and in the Mediterranean region.
With the continous efficient production policy and more than 20-year experience, ÇİMSER Joint Stock Company has exported to Georgia, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Egpyt, Libya and the United Arab Emirates. It has also played an important role in building grass production farms, sports and golf fields in those countries.

Applications
ÇİMSER Joint Stock Company laid out carpetlike roll grass in a total 55 thousand square metres area in Kordon, in İzmir.
The pitch of Bursa Atatürk Stadium built by Çimser got the full approvel form the FIFA authorities. The pitch with good quality grass and a good drainage enabling the play keep going under heavy rainfall has been accepted as the best football pitch in Turkey.
Tire 4 September pitch was returfed.
